Ross McCluskey Assumes Role as Group CFO

Further to the announcement made on 1 December, Ross McCluskey has today assumed the role of Group Chief Financial Officer of Melrose Industries.

Ross brings extensive experience from listed, international businesses, with deep financial, commercial and operational expertise. His background includes senior leadership roles at Intertek Group plc and Inchcape plc, as well as earlier experience in investment banking with JP Morgan and Greenhill & Co.

Ross’s leadership will support Melrose as it continues to execute its growth strategy and strengthen its position as a leading aerospace technology business. We wish him every success in his new role.
