GKN Aerospace has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.
GKN Aerospace is committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, consistent with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in the United Kingdom and, legal requirements imposed on us in other countries. We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers and other business partners.

GKN Aerospace is committed to upholding human rights according to international standards, and to ensuring that the human rights of all our employees are protected. The purpose of the Human Rights Policy is to set out our standards and to affirm the importance of human rights to our strategy and sustainability.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to the abuse of human rights and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to investing in, implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to safeguard against adverse human rights impacts.
We are committed to respecting human rights in accordance with international human rights principles including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights and The International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
