In conjunction with our Culture Principles, our Code of Ethics explains how we want to do business.

We take a zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships, within all jurisdictions in which we operate.

Our reputation is built on the quality and safety of our products and services. Our suppliers and other business associates are integral to this, because we are dependent on them for reaching our goals. 

GKN Aerospace is committed to upholding human rights according to international standards, and to ensuring that the human rights of all our employees are protected.

Aerospace operates many policies. The GKN Aerospace Compliance Framework consists of policies on 15 different ethics and compliance topics, all owned by the Legal & Compliance Function. The Summary Policies in this section contain a summary of the key provisions of the majority of these policies.
