We know that lasting inclusion comes from learning that changes behaviour, not one‑off training. Our Inclusion learning continues to evolve so people across GKN Aerospace can build the skills and confidence needed to create an inclusive workplace

Our offers
People can explore topics that matter to them, and each site can deliver learning in ways that fit local needs and ways of working. Alongside our global offer, individual sites run their own initiatives shaped by local legislation, cultural norms, employee voice and community priorities. This helps ensure our DIB work feels relevant and meaningful in every location.
Case Study: Langfang DIB Month 2025
Our Langfang site ran a month‑long focus on DIB, encouraging open discussion and reflection on what inclusion means in day‑to‑day work. Activities included storytelling sessions and team‑led conversations about how diverse perspectives contribute to stronger decisions and better teamwork.
DIB makes me understand inclusiveness does not mean seeking consensus, but means that we can all voice our opinions, we can discuss from different aspects, then make the best solution. During this process, we all learn and grow.
