GKN Aerospace wins 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award

GKN Aerospace has been recognised with the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA), an honour given to organisations that demonstrate some of the most engaged and high-performing workplace cultures globally.

The award reflects the strong progress made in building an inclusive, empowering and collaborative culture across the company. High participation in the Gallup Q12 survey and significant improvements across teams highlight the impact of ongoing efforts to strengthen engagement and create a workplace where people can thrive.

To receive this award, organisations must meet several criteria, including multiple Q12 surveys, an engagement survey participation rate of at least 80%, and high performance across workgroups. GKN Aerospace exceeded these benchmarks, including achieving a participation rate above 92% and more than half of teams reaching the required performance level.

This recognition marks an important milestone in the company’s engagement journey, showing strong improvement over recent years and reinforcing the commitment to becoming a world class workplace.
