The aerospace and defence sector faces particular challenges in recruiting and developing women to achieve their full potential. GKN Aerospace is committed to promoting gender parity and this charter reflects our aim to improve the gender balance of our company and as part of the wider industry.

Across GKN Aerospace targeted career fairs, job opportunities, leadership development and mentorship programmes have been created for female engineers and business leaders across all levels.
