Appointed to Aerospace Executive Committee May 2016.

Experience

Joined GKN Aerospace as SVP Human Resources in May 2016.  Gordon heads up the Global HR function with a key focus on maintaining the growth of the business in line with core strategic objectives.  Prior to joining GKN Aerospace, Gordon worked for AkzoNobel in a number of specialism and generalist HR roles. Prior to AkzoNobel Gordon spent over 15 years in FMCG (TK Maxx, Comet plc and Safeway Stores)  leading and implementing strategic HR activities and processes in a global arena. Gordon has lived and worked across Europe and North America and holds a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology.
